Kidding is the first press agency to focus exclusively on the world of children.
The agency is located in a bright and welcoming showroom in the heart of Paris.
It was created in 2004 by Tiphaine Macrez and now represents some twenty key and complementary brands.

Kidding works in partnership with various media, benefitting from a privileged, ongoing relationship with the intimate world of the children’s fashion press, as well as women’s and interior design magazines, online content-providers (blogs and webzines) and the audiovisual media. Kidding aims to be a listening partner, providing them with interesting content of the utmost quality.

In 2004, Tiphaine Macrez realized that something was happening in the world of children. New talents were emerging and, like the media at the time, she discovered a real passion for this market that was undergoing a period of renaissance.
After 10 years experience in communication and press relations for the big names of fashion, she took the plunge and opened her own PR agency…, her second home!
After a master’s degree in business law, Tiphaine enrolled in the Institut Français de la Mode (French Fashion Institute), because life is also about doing what you love!

She is driven by a naturally gregarious nature and a keen eye for creativity, whatever form it takes.

Together with Claire Trochu, Camille Guilmet and their assistants, she shares her enthusiasm with those brands and journalists that she works with on a daily basis.

Growing up in Bretagne, that French region famous for its coastline, crêpes and Kouign Amann cake, Claire knew from the start what she wanted to study : art history and the decorative arts. With a brush in one hand and a pair of scissors in the other, she brought to life an imaginary world tinted with all the poetry of childhood. After a first professional experience in fashion working for a Parisian PR Agency, then an immersion in the field of interior design at ELLE, Claire arrived at Kidding, where her people skills and background in fashion and decoration make an immediate impression on the journalists she comes into contact with.

Camille was born just a few months after the fall of the Berlin Wall. She graduated from a business school in Tours (ESCEM), took her first professional steps at a publisher’s, First-Gründ, before joining Louis Vuitton’s corporate press office. When her studies sent her to London, she developed a passion for England (and its royal family). She also plays the drums in a band. Her rigor, combined with fluent English brought her to Kidding’s door, where she looks after our in-depth reports and international press relations.
